TRIATHLON provides scheduled and non-scheduled cargo charter and onboard courier solutions for time-sensitive transport requirements, including cross-border e-commerce. A useful charter discussion brings together the cargo profile, route, target dates and handling needs. Our existing service scope also includes arrangements for dangerous goods, shipment tracking and 24/7 assistance during the air charter process. Begin with the details of the movement so the team can discuss the proposed scope, relevant requirements and next steps.

Passenger charter planning starts with the people travelling, the route and the dates. We can help organise an initial enquiry so the group size, preferred airports, travel schedule and practical requirements can be considered together. This gives the discussion a clear starting point before any proposed arrangement is assessed. Include any flexibility in departure times or airports, as well as onward travel needs. Aircraft availability, the proposed itinerary and the applicable commercial terms need to be established for the specific request.

The road leg of a shipment needs to fit the cargo and the handover at each end. We can help clarify truck transportation and terminal-service requirements by bringing together the collection point, delivery point, shipment dimensions and planned timing. Where a road movement connects with a flight, the terminal and handover details should be considered alongside the air schedule. Share loading arrangements, access limitations and any handling needs so the proposed scope can be discussed before transport arrangements are made.

A useful freight forwarding discussion starts with a complete picture of the shipment. We can help organise the route, cargo information, timing and support required so the enquiry can be reviewed in context. The scope may involve questions about booking coordination, documentation requirements and the handover between parties. Make clear which parts of the movement are already arranged and where assistance is needed. This helps identify the next information to gather and provides a practical basis for discussing the proposed service.

An air traffic rights enquiry needs a clear description of the proposed operation. We can help organise an initial discussion around the operating carrier, route, traffic points, flight dates and frequency. The aim is to clarify the application-related questions and the information that needs to be considered for the request. Share the status of any existing discussions or submissions so the proposed consultancy scope can be assessed. Requirements and possible next steps depend on the particular operation and the authorities concerned.
